• We do not engage in any direct marketing or contacting of potential customers on your behalf. Any actions you take based on the leads provided are at your own discretion and risk.

• You agree to pay for all leads delivered that we determine to be "good leads". This will be determined by what is said on the call, if someone calls for services you provide, it's considered a good lead. See Our FAQS page for definitions. You also agree to pay for any lead calls that you miss. All missed calls are counted as "good leads". Abandoned calls are counted as %50 of a lead, 2 abandoned calls = 1 lead. Don't miss calls or you agree to pay for them. You will set your schedule and will only pay for leads delivered during those working hours. We will hold you accountable. It's part of the service we provide. We do not offer refunds. We warn you, do not prepay for leads if you don't agree to these terms & conditions of use.
